We can cover up to 120 miles* radius from our accident repair centres based in Milton Keynes, which includes mobile estimates, vehicle collection/recovery and delivery.

Soon after we receive instruction to repair your vehicle, a member of our customer services team will contact you to arrange a time/date for an engineer to come and review the damages. We also understand that you may be busy with limited availability. We offer customers a convenient text or email in service, where you can send images of the damage directly to our engineers.
We will send you easy to understand instructions of images required. On receipt of your images our engineering team will review and create a repair estimate to submit to the insurance company. We have found that customers appreciate this flexibility, causing minimal disruption to their day.
We understand that being involved in an accident and being without your vehicle can be a huge strain. If your car has minor damage like small dent or scratch, we will look to do a rapid repair to ensure you get your vehicle back in the least amount of time.
*Repair process can only commence after an estimate has been completed and then authorised by the insurance company. If parts are required, this may impact timescales dependant on availability from parts supplier/manufacturer.
Our state-the-art facilities can cater for repairs to light commercial vehicles. Our spray booths are specifically built to be able to accommodate high top long wheel base vehicles. We can also provide a courtesy light commercial vehicle during the repair process if specified by your insurance company.
When your vehicle repair comes to us, you may be allocated either a courtesy or hire vehicle if specified in your insurance policy. We have a fleet of courtesy vehicles available both manual and automatic, where one will be allocated to you for the duration of the repair.
*Our courtesy vehicle fleet is allocated on a ‘first come first served’ basis. We cannot guarantee we will have a vehicle available immediately but will do our best to free up a courtesy vehicle within a reasonable amount of time as agreed with your insurance company. If for any reason it has taken us longer than expected to allocate a courtesy vehicle we will look to discuss making alternative arrangements.
